Do I need an appointment?
Nope — walk-ins are always welcome. If you want a guaranteed slot, call ahead and we'll hold a bay for you.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most maintenance jobs (oil, brakes, filters) are same-day. Larger repairs depend on parts availability, but we'll give you a realistic timeline upfront — no runaround.
What does your warranty cover?
Every repair comes with a 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty on parts and labor. If something we fixed gives you trouble, bring it back — it's on us.
Do you work on hybrids and EVs?
Yes. Our techs are trained and certified for hybrid and EV systems — from Prius batteries to Tesla suspension. We carry OEM-grade EV parts in stock.
Can I get a loaner car or a ride home?
For major jobs we offer a free local shuttle and loaner vehicles on a first-come basis. Just let us know when you drop off — we'll sort out a ride.
How do you handle pricing?
We start with a free inspection and give you a written estimate before touching anything. You approve the price — we never add charges without asking first.
